Local Decorating Company Innovative in Customer Service

Santa Paula, California - February 22, 2009. In its ongoing effort to continue excellent customer service, My Decorating Plan owner, Robin Sullivan, recently completed an intensive workshop on innovative customer service ideas. As a result, My Decorating Plan will be adding a powerful online project feedback tool. The new feedback system will allow clients to receive project status reports online, as well as allow clients to give personal feedback as to their satisfaction level during the various phases of their project.

My Decorating Plan is a Ventura County based interior decorating company that helps homeowners of all ages and incomes create a fabulous and functional home through affordable, mistake-proof custom decorating plans.
